Mr. Williams is survived by his parents Ms. Sothia Leesha Smalls and Mr. James Benjamin Williams and his siblings DeAundre Williams, TeMauri Williams, TaQuez Williams and Derrick Roper(deceased).

Mr. Williams was 15 years old.
