Ms. Simmons is survived by her son Master Deshaun Utsey, Jr., her parents Ms. Nera Sellers and Mr. Kareem Simmons; siblings Kareema Simmons and Karon Washington; grandparents Romona (Anthony) Brightman, Pearl L. Simmons and Dale (Tracy) Bundridge, beloved special friend Deshaun Utsey, Sr., and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing for Ms. Simmons will be on Friday, June 7, 2019 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Ollie M. Memorial Dickerson Chapel 4700 Rivers Ave. N Charleston, SC 29405
