Ms. Rivers is survived by her children, Mr. Charles Williams (Ann), Mrs. Paula Williams-Gaillard (James), Mr. Mark Williams (Evelyn), Mr. Russell Williams (Stacy), and Mrs. Christine Williams-Richardson (Markus); her sister, Mrs. Ida Belle Washington; and other relatives and friends.
