Mrs. McNeil was preceded in death by her parernts; Richardine Singleton and Author Horry; her son Joe McNeil, Jr. Mrs. McNeil is survived by her husband; Reverend Joe McNeil; her children; Stephen Smalls(Tanishia), Stephanie Riley(Harold), and Renarda Garrett(Johnathan), her siblings; Juanita Singleton, Mare Ladson(Jimmy), Alma Maxwell; a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mrs. McNiel will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023 form 5:00PM - 7:00PM at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel. Viewing will also be held on Monday, March 20, 2023 from 9:00AM - Until the time of service at Bethel A.M.E. Church. There will be NO Viewing after service
