Mr. Dawson is survived by his children, Mr. Russell Dawson, Jr. (Luberta), Ms. Danielle Dawson, Ms. Talessa Dawson, Mr. Jennifer Dawson, and Mr. Rashad Dawson; his parents, Mr. Roger Blanche and Mrs. Laurette Blanche-Simmons (Roger); his grandchildren, siblings, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Wake Services will be TODAY, Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church 7396 Rivers Ave North Charleston SC from 6:30 PM- 8:00PM. The family will be receiving friends from 7:00PM-8:00PM.
