Interment: Wright Cemetery Mr. Capers was predeceased by his wife Mrs. Betty J. Capers and his parents; Mr. Ruben and Alma Capers, Sr.

Mr. Capers is survived by his children, Ms. Vanessa Capers, Mr. Arnold Capers, Mr. Frederick Capers, Ms. Tonia Capers, Mr. Rodney Capers (Angela) and Ms. Tameka Euland; his step daughter, Mrs. Lana Brown (Ben); his siblings, Mr. Joseph Capers (Mamie), Ms. Anna C. Spurling, Ms. Delores G. Brown, Mr. Earl Capers (Caudell), and Mr. Charles L. Capers; his special friend, Ms. Ethel Euland; his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Capers will be on Sunday, October 20, 2013 from 6:00PM- 8:00PM at Greater St. Luke AME Church. The family will be receiving friends from 7:00PM-8:00PM.
