Mr. Harley is survived by his children, Ms. Raven Harley and Ms. Latoya Lee (fiancAC. Ronnie);his mother, Mrs. Lucille Harley and his devoted mom, Mrs. Patricia Harley-Woodard (Harmon); his siblings, Ms. Linda Respress, Mrs. Dorotha Tyce (Samuel), Mr. Robert Harley, Jr., Mr. Ron'Dell Harley(Willette), Mr. Calvin Gribble (Nicole), Mr. Carl Dawson, Mr. Rashad Harley and Ms. Dyan Bowman; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Harley will be held on SUNDAY, May 26, 2013 from 3:00-7:00 PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC and on TUESDAY, May 28, 2013 from 10:00 AM-until time of service at Shiloh Seventh-day Adventist Church. There will not be a family hour.
