Mrs. Peterson is survived by her children, Mr. Robert Peterson (Frances), Rev. Florence Brown (John), Mrs. Virginia P. McCummings, Mrs. Harriet Telefair (Willie), Mrs. Gladys McIntyre, Mr. Rufus George Peterson (Michelle), Mrs. Rose Choice (Earl); her sister, Mrs. Edith Pearline Simmons (Samuel).; her sisters-in-law, Mrs. Almetta Peterson and Mrs. Mae Archer; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mrs. Peterson will be Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at Dickerson Mortuary LLC 4700 Rivers Avenue North Charleston SC from 1:00PM-4:30PM and at New Bethlehem Baptist Church 5821 Maybank Hwy. Wadmalaw Island, SC from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM.
