Entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 14, 2014; Ms. May “Ella” Goodwin Gregory; Residence  5299 Dorchester Road Lot 59  North Charleston , SC.

Ms. Gregory is the loving mother of Harold C. Grant (Charlene), Mr. Clifford Goodwin, Ms. Marilyn Goodwin, Mrs. Gail G. Grant (Stephen) and Ms. Syderia Goodwin; daughter of the late Rev. Elijah Grant, Sr. and Mrs. Alfair “Ella” Keller Grant; sister of Mrs. Rose Grant Davis, Rev. Albertha Grant Isler, Mrs. Ruth Grant Coleman and Mr. Elijah Grant ,Jr.

Ms. Gregory was 76 years old and a retiree from the College of Charleston with 32 years of service         

Family will be receiving friends at 82 Columbus Street Charleston SC

The relatives and friends of Ms. May “Ella” Goodwin Gregory invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved on Saturday, December 20, 2014, 12:00 Noon at New Tabernacle Fourth Baptist Church located at the corner of Elizabeth and Charlotte Streets. Charleston, SC.  Interment: Carolina Memorial Park.

Ms. Gregory is survived by her children, Mr. Harold C. Grant II (Charlene), Mr. Clifford Goodwin, Ms. Marilyn Goodwin Gault, Mrs. Gail G. Grant (Stephen) and Ms. Syderia Goodwin; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Ms. Gregory will be on Friday, December 19, 2014 at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC from 2:00PM-5:00PM; Also from 6:00PM-8PM at New Tabernacle Fourth Baptist Church.  The family will be receiving friends from 7:00-8:00PM
