Mrs. Grant is the widow of Mr. Edward Grant; the mother of Mrs. Cassandra Grant (Gregory) of Cassatt, SC, Ms. Gloria Grant of Charleston, SC, and the late Mr. Rickey Middleton, Sr.; the mother-in-law of Mrs. Paulette Middleton; the daughter of the late Mr. Charles and Estell Edwards and the late Mr. Dan Middleton; the grandmother of Endee Harrison, Stafford Higgins, Danielle Higgins, Deron Higgins, Jasmine Middleton, Alissia Grant, Chanika Middleton, Rickey Middleton, Jr.; great-grandmother of 14; the sister of Mr. Ellic Cooper and Mr. Joseph Middleton (Denise) both of NY.  Mrs. Grant was 71 years old.

Mrs. Grant was predeceased by her husband, Mr. Edward Grant; her son, Mr. Rickey Middleton, Sr.; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles and Estelle Edwards, Sr. and Mr. Dan Middleton.

Mrs. Grant is survived by her children, Mrs. Cassandra Grant (Gregory) of Cassatt, SC; and Ms. Gloria Grant of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Endee Harrison, Stafford Higgins, Danielle Higgins, Deron Higgins, Jasmine Middleton, Alissia Grant, Chanika Middleton, and Rickey Middleton, Jr.; her siblings, Mr. Ellic Cooper of Brooklyn, NY, Mr. Joseph Middleton (Denise) of Manhattan, NY, Ms. Betty President, Ms. Beatrice Middleton, Ms. Annette Middleton, Ms. Alfreda President, Ms. Brenabell President all of St. Stephen, SC ; and a host other relatives and friends.

The family will be receiving friends at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC on Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 6:00PM-7:00PM.
