Mr. Williams is the widow of Mrs. Minnie L. Williams; the father of Mr. Robert Lee Williams, Mr. James T. Williams, Mr. Lewis Williams, Jr., Ms. Eloise W. Felder, Ms. Mary A. Steward, Ms. Sarah J. Delesline, Ms.Earnestine Toomer, Ms. Marie Taylor, Ms. Carrie Howard, and Ms. Bernice Shaw; the brother of Ms. Carrie Lou McMillian and Ms. Mozell Fortune.

Mr. Williams was 92 years old.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Louis Williams invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one on MONDAY, October 19, 2015 11:00 am at Royal Missionary Baptist Church 4761 Luella Ave. N. Charleston, SC.   Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens

Mr. Williams is survived by his children, Ms. Bernice Shaw, Ms. Carrie Lee Howard, Mr. Robert Lee Williams (Mamie), Mr. James T. Williams (Mary), Mr. Lewis Albertha Williams, Jr., Mrs. Eloise W. Felder (Clarence), Ms. Mary A. Steward, Ms. Sarah W. Delesline, Ms. Earnestine W. Toomer (Joseph), and Ms. Marie Taylor; his siblings, Ms. Carrie Lou McMillian and Ms. Mozell Fortune; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Williams will be on SUNDAY, October 18, 2015 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.  There will not be a family hour.
