It is with sadness we announce the transition of Mr. Leon J. Anderson who departed this life on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. Residence: 835 Locksley Drive, SC.

Mr. Anderson is the husband of Mrs. Richardine Anderson; the father of Mr. Leon Anderson, Jr., Ms. Joyce Greene, Mr. Robert Anderson (Carolyn), Mr. Lanard Anderson (Leona), Mr. Reginald Anderson (Guanda), Mr. Alexander Anderson (Vertonya), and the late Theodore Anderson; he is the brother of Rebecca, Veronica, and James.

Mr. Anderson was 83 years old.

Mr. Anderson was predeceased by his parents, Mr. William Anderson and Ms. Sadie Brown; and his son, Mr. Theodore W. Anderson; he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Richardine Anderson, his children, Mr. Leon Anderson, Jr., Ms. Joyce Greene, Mr. Robert L. Anderson (Carolyn), Mr. Lanard K. Anderson (Leona), Mr. Reginald D. Anderson (Guanda), Mr. Alexander C. Anderson (Vertonya); his siblings, Mr. James Brown, Mr. Rebecca J. Anderson, and Ms. Veronica Gaillard; his in-laws, Martha, Nathaniel, Amos, Ernest, Richardine and Anna Marie; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Anderson will be on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC from 6:00-8:00PM. The family will be receiving friends from 7:00-8:00PM.
