Ms. Bailey was preceded in death by her parents, James and Anniebell Ravenell Huger; her daughter, Ms. Roxane Bailey; and her sister, Mrs. Viola Huger Reid and John N. Huger . She is survived by her children, Mr. Theodore R. Bailey Jr., and Ms. Theda C. Bailey; her siblings Mrs. Bertha L. Aiken of Charleston, SC, Mrs. Deloris Epps (Carl) of Charleston, SC, Mr. James Huger Jr.,(Georgia) of North Charleston, SC, and  Mr. Harold Huger (Lorain) of Smithfield, N.C., and brother-in-law Robert Julius Reid of Goose Creek, S.C.
Viewing for Ms. Bailey will be held on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel. Due to COVID 19 mask and social distancing are required. NO SITTING during walk thru. NO MASK NO ENTRANCE. Thank you.
