Mr. Williams was 28 years old.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Franklin O. Williams, Jr. “BJ” invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one on Saturday, November 28, 2015 12:00 Noon at Jerusalem Baptist Church 3317 Meeting Street Rd. N. Charleston, SC.   Interment: Johnson Cemetery.

Mr. Williams is survived by his children; his parents, Mrs. Donna Williams-Evans and Mr. Franklin O. McNeil; his siblings, grandparents; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Williams will be on Friday, November 27, 2015 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.  There will not be a family hour.
