Carmel U M Church 95 Cooper St., Charleston, SC. Interment:  Riverview Memorial Park

Mrs. Simmons was preceded in death by her parents; John Young and Corrine Elizabeth Young, her siblings; James Johnson, Allen Young, Drucilla(Why)Coaxum, Angie Young, and Doris Young. Mrs. Emily is survived by her husband; Jim Dandy Simmons, her children; Sonia Pasley, Momica Young, Rochelle Torrence, Russell Young, Kenyetta Young, Veronica Young, Tanesha Young, Shanavee Young, and Ronice Frayer, her siblings; John Young, Jr.(twin brother), Therodore Young, Virgina Mc White, Syrus Young, Gerald Young, Timothy Young, Darren Young, Freddrick Young, Eddie Deveaux, Antonio Young, Katherine Young, a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
