Mr. Clayton the son of Mr. Ron White and Mrs. Latoshia Smith-White; the brother of Mr. Rodney Collins, Mr. Deontae Clayton, Ms. Vantayesia Richardson, Ms. Maya Washington, Miss. Ronay’ja White, and Miss. Roneya White.

Mr. Clayton was 16 years old student at Cane Bay High School.

The relatives and friends of Mr. Derrick Lamont Clayton, Jr. invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one Saturday, May 16, 2015, 12:00 noon at St. James Bethel AME Church 5305 Maybank Highway Wadmalaw Island, SC.  Interment: Salem Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Clayton is survived by his parents; Mrs. Latoshia White and Mr. Ron White, and Mr. Derrick Lamont Clayton, Sr; his siblings, Orlando Richardson, Vantayesia Richardson, Maya Washington, Deontae Clayton, Rodney Collins, Ronayja White, Roneya White, Sheldon Washington, Sanchez Simmons, Shaquana Anderson, Desarae Clayton, Keande Jenkins and Sharis Jenkins; one nephew, Jahmari Richardson, his grandparents; Ms. Rosetta Smith, Mr. Herbert Leroy Smith, Sr. (Minnie) Mr. Glen Abernathy and preceded in death by Ms. Edzson Clayton Fields and a host of other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Clayton will be on Friday, May 15, 2015 from 3:00PM –7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.  There will not be a family hour.
