Dickerson Mortuary announces the passing of Delores Short, 86, who transitioned on Tuesday November 19,2024. The family of Ms. Delores Short invite you to attend her celebration of life service on Saturday, November 23, 2024 11:00AM at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 2900 Appleton Ave. North Charleston. Interment: Sunset Memorial Gardens

Ms. Short was preceded in death by her spouse, Jesse L. Short, Jr.; her parents, George Frasier and Virginia Frasier; her siblings, Janie Mae Gibson, Eartha Lee Frasier, and Andrew Clay Frasier. Ms. Short is survived by her children, Ernestine L. Short, Sandra D. Short, Jesse L Short III, (Annette), Regina A. Anderson (Maurice); and Darrell L. Short; her siblings, Sara A. Haynes; and Mary A. McCants a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Ms. Short will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 5:00PM - 7:00PM at Ollie M. Dickerson Memorial Chapel 4700 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC
