Deacon Frank Stanley, Sr.

Deacon Frank Stanley 85, of Charleston, South Carolina entered into his heavenly fathers home on Monday, August 10, 2020. He is preceded in death 109 days by his wife the late Marie Harleston Stanley.

He was the deacon at Calvary Baptist Church for 46 years. A retiree of The Carta Bus Transit Services. A former Usher President of the Charleston County International Ushers Council No. 1. Former Financial Secretary Of Amalgamated Transit Union 610

He leaves to pass his legacy: His children Helen Stanley, Frank Stanley, Jr.(Stephanie), Michael Simmons(Yolanda), Betty Robinson(Ricky), Dorothy Barron, and Curtis Stanley. His siblings: Florine Stanley, Robert Smith(Lillie), Mary Brown, and Helen Brown. Grand children, great grand children, great great grand children. His In Laws: Eunice White(Allen), Alma Mitchel, Edna Bissesar (Bishnor), Herbert Oree (Vivan), Willa Bell Manigault, Barbara Bristol(Clayton), Clayton Oree, Brenda Oree, Shelia Culp(Bruce), The Calvary Baptist Church Family, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Deacon Frank Stanley's public viewing will be on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Church from 5:00-7:00pm.  The Graveside service will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020 11:00AM at New Webster United Methodist Church 4755 Bears Bluff Rd. Wadmalaw Island, SC 29487.
