Charleston, SC. Clifford was predeceased by his brother, Mr. Lawrence “Larry” Palmer. Mr. Palmer is survived by his daughter, Ms. Zikia Palmer; his grandchild, Passion Palmer; children he raised as his own, Zack Stokes, Yasha Huggins and DaQwan Huggins; his parents, Mr. Lawrence and Mrs. Betty Palmer; his siblings, Mr. Maurice Palmer, Mr. Trevor Palmer, and Mr. Rodrecus Palmer; his devoted friend, Ms. Nikita Huggins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
