Mrs. Wright is the wife of Mr. Elijah Wright; the mother of Mr. Ricky Middleton, Mrs. Pamela Penn (Cortez), Mr. Barry Middleton (Suzanne), Ms. Kim Brabham, Mr. Maurice Wright (Libby), Mrs. Rhonda Boucher (Chuck), Mr. Gerry Wright (Tiffany); the daughter of the late Mrs. Rachel White and Mr. Harold Johnson; the sister of Mr. William Johnson (Gwendolyn), Mr. Johnnie Johnson (Tomasina), Mr. James Johnson(Debbie); and the late Mr. Harold Johnson, Jr.; the sister-in-law of Mrs. Lucy Johnson.

Mrs. Wright was 80 years old and a retired LPN at MUSC. 

The relatives and friends of Mrs. Clara J. Wright invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved on Saturday, May 2, 2015, 10:00 AM            at Union Missionary Baptist Church 708 Meeting Street Charleston, SC.  Interment: Carolina Memorial Park

Mrs. Wright is survived by her husband, Mr. Elijah Wright; her children, Mr. Ricky Middleton, Mrs. Pamela Penn (Cortez), Mr. Barry Middleton (Suzanne), Ms. Kim W. Brabham, Mr. Maurice Wright (Libby), Mrs. Rhonda Boucher (Chuck), and Mr. Gerry Wright (Tiffany); her siblings, Mr. William Johnson (Gwendolyn), Mr. Johnnie Johnson (Thomasina), and Mr. James Johnson (Debbie);  14 grandchildren, LaTeika, Robert, Brian, Kevin, DeAundra, Michael, Latoya, Maurice, Melissa, LaSaundra, Dennis, Jason, Ryan, and Caleb; her sister-in-law of Mrs. Lucy Johnson; and a host of great-grands, nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Viewing for Mrs. Wright will be on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 1:00PM –7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC.  There will not be a family hour.
