Dickerson Memorial Chapel 4700 Rivers Ave. North Charleston, SC.

Mrs. Washington was preceded in death by her parents, Lillian Smith and Lewis Edwards; her siblings, Herbert Smith, Irvin Smith, and Daniel Smith. Mrs Washington is survived by her children LaTonya(Latishia), Kimberly Smith, and Carlene Smith(Davon); her siblings, Dorothy Patterson(Henry) and George Smith (Tangela); a host of other relatives and friends.
