Mr. Wright is husband of Mrs. Janette L. Wright; the father of Mr. Albert J. Heyward, Mr. Trevis L. Wright, Mr. Dwaine Hamilton, Ms. Erika Wright, and Mr. Jamal Rouse; the son of the late Ms. Sarah “Kearney” Merichant and the late Mr. Isiah Wright; the brother of Mrs. Josephine Vickers (James), Mrs. Alfreda Coaxum (Jack), and the late Mr. Isiah Keith (Eartha), and Mr. Anthony Heyward (Aleishia).

Mr. Wright was 69 years old

The relatives and friends of Mr. Albert James Wright invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved on Thursday, September October 2, 2014, 11:00 AM at Tabernacle Full Gospel Baptist Church 51 Gordon Street Charleston, SC.  Interment: Private 

Mr. Wright is survived by his wife, Mrs. Janette L. Wright; his children, Mr. Albert J. Heyward, Mr. Trevis L. Wright, I, Dwaine Hamilton, Ms. Erika L. Wright, and Mr. Jamal Rouse; his siblings, Mrs. Josephine Vickers (James), Mrs. Alfreda Coaxum (Jack), and Mr. Anthony Heyward (Alesia); his sister-in-law, Eartha Keith; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Viewing for Mr. Wright will be on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 2:00-7:00PM at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC and on Thursday, October 2, 2014 10:00AM-until the time of service.  There will not be a family hour.
